3. Appointment Policies

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
A 50% no-show fee will be applied to missed appointments
Clients may cancel or reschedule via phone, text, or Vagaro

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are due at the time of service
Deposits may be required for certain services
Refunds are not issued for completed services
